Maui Lani Community Association Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Maui Lani Community Association to provide the structure for a superior level of community living within a well-maintained, safe and friendly environment for the benefit of all owners.

The Directors, officers and Staff of Maui Lani Community Association shall:

• Uphold and enforce the CC&R’s and By-Laws fairly, equitably and consistently.
• Listen to and provide ethical and fiscally responsible solutions for owner concerns.
• Work with transparency for the Association and its members.
• Strive to provide for the management, maintenance, protection and preservation of the attractiveness of the Property and all common Association property.
