The Maui Lani Community Association is a master-planned community of 11 neighborhoods and over 1,400 members. Beginning January 01, 2021 the Association located in North-Central Maui will be managed by Hawaiiana Management Company LTD. The Association is here to serve the Maui Lani Community and to ensure a harmonious lifestyle for all who call Maui Lani “home.”
Maui Lani Community Association Vision Statement
The Maui Lani Community Association Board of Directors shall strive to:
- Adopt the fundamental responsibility to protect, preserve and enhance the best interests of the Maui Lani Community Association, the “Property”, and the owners of the property in the Association.
- Advocate an enriched community with a sense of pride, hope and neighborly kindness.
- Promote the health, safety and general welfare of the members of the Association.
- Develop active owner involvement to promote a strong sense of community.
- Encourage all owners to meet their individual responsibilities and abide by the governing documents.
